I reserve my one-on-one sessions for a limited number of highly committed individuals who have the willingness to look at themselves and have the courage to claim and align to what it is they really want.

If you believe that you have no control over your life or that life is happening TO you then coaching is not a good fit for you at this time. You must be open and willing to explore your own BS ( belief systems ) and get radically honest with yourself. If you bring this then you will experience remarkable results from working with me. Helping people rise above their inherited belief systems so they can create a life they love is my passion—and I’m good at it. It’s my great honor to be your coach and guide while also being on the journey alongside you (because yea—I’m still doing this work too!).


How I work

I’m interested in transformation. I don’t do bandaids or quick fixes to just help you “feel better”. Real change requires a different level of inner work. We change and then life changes. In reality, change can feel very scary for a lot of people. This is actually normal. The brain signals danger whenever it enters unfamiliar territory. For this reason, creating safety is mission critical. We build safety within ourselves, in our minds and in our very own nervous systems. We build safety together so we can know who we are outside the “safe” and limiting story we’ve created for ourselves (or the one that was created for us). With a strong sense of safety we can go on to understand ourselves, our history, our conditioning and our trauma, and where our thoughts, beliefs, and fears come from.

True personal growth and transformation is rooted in freedom and this only happens when you can liberate the parts of you that are seeking attention, protection, security, and safety.

The real work isn’t about “fixing” yourself, it’s about loving and liberating yourself.

I take a holistic life approach because there are so many aspects of ourselves that are compartmentalized. My methodology is rooted in integration and wholeness. What if you had a place to go that could welcome all the parts of you? Because if one aspect is off, whether it’s your career, family, finances, personal growth journey or spirituality—then you’re off and your life is. Everything in your life is intimately interconnected and related to you.

If you don’t manage your mind then it is managing you.

And when we aren’t aware and engaged with our own mind we feel “out of control” and “out of sorts”. The mind is a magnificent tool. Yet, we often let is be too easily influenced by those around us. This is actually a byproduct of how the brain works to acquire skills for life in childhood. Through the process of mimicry and conformity we learned to talk, walk, and go through life.

This is why we are so powerfully and deeply conditioned by those closest to us and socialized by the society and culture around us from the time we are born until now. We learn to follow the rules and quickly mimic and conform—this serves us well in childhood—but become limitations later in adult life. This is where we learned to care about what other people think of us, we seek conformity and blending in. We strive to follow the rules and this sets up beliefs within ourselves about ourselves: who we are and how other people see us. This is what we need to understand and examine in order to liberate and transform these beliefs so we can be authentic and fully realized. Burnout is a sign that we’ve too rigidly subscribed to the opinions of others and the constructs of what “success” is supposed to look like, feel like, and be…when in reality it’s all made up and now it’s up to you to decide for yourself a new paradigm of thinking going forward.

Your Beliefs and Identity Shape Your Reality

These childhood beliefs become our identity—they define who we are! They become the lens through which we see ourselves and the world—even when it’s not a true representation of who we truly are. The subconscious brain is designed to filter, delete and distort the majority of incoming information because the conscious brain can only process less than 1% of all incoming stimuli. Your beliefs and identity create the filter. Anything that doesn’t match is filtered, deleted or distorted.

This is why developing the capacity and curiosity to examine what you see as “true” or “real” is the cornerstone of personal change. Can we ask, “is it really true?” and can we entertain follow up questions like… “what else could be equally or more true?”

I incorporate a blend of science and spirituality that intertwines cognitive neuroscience, transformation psychology, psychoneurophysiology, quantum physics, epigenetics and bioenergetics to guide you to inner healing and help you connect to your true authentic self so you can create a life you truly love living.


The journey home to yourself is not a long one. It begins with a single step that leads to another, and another. Each step is an opportunity for you to discover more of who you are and who you are at your core.
