Dr. Tami Berry believes burnout isn’t just something that happens TO you, it’s something that happens FOR you.  Burnout is an opportunity for one to reclaim themselves, their sovereign mind, their emotional energy, and their life based on beliefs and habits that serve their full-on thriving in every area of life.

As a former surgeon and burnout survivor, Dr. Tami has dedicated her life to researching burnout and understanding how stress affects the brain, nervous system, emotions, reactivity and human behavior.  She wants everyone to know that stressful thoughts and emotions are part of an intelligent feedback system that can be used to guide you toward a more intelligent way of living.  She believes we are all designed to be the creators of our own life experience and she’s committed to helping you regain your power to do this in your own life. 

Why? Because she knows that big-hearted people are the ones who burnout the hardest and ironically, in the heart is where we find our greatest potential and our ability to change our life. She leverages a blend of leading-edge science and spiritual wisdom passed down for millenia, expertly guiding students and clients towards becoming self-directed, self-realized, and self-actualized.

Her wish and desire is that every person who struggles with burnout discovers how to use it as a catalyst to deepen their wellbeing, self-love, and joyous success in life.
