When you purchase Project Thrive, we may send transactional and program-related communications necessary to deliver your purchase. These may include:

You may not be able to opt out of essential transactional communications while retaining access to the program.
When you join the Priority List or separately consent to marketing, we may also send promotional emails.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in the email.
Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not automatically remove you from essential communications relating to an active purchase.

When you join a Telegram channel or group, other participants may be able to see information associated with your Telegram account, depending on your personal Telegram privacy settings. This may include your:

Other information you choose to make visible
You are responsible for reviewing and adjusting your Telegram privacy settings.
Information you voluntarily post in The Thrive Lounge may be viewed, copied, or retained by other participants. Although participants are required to respect confidentiality, we cannot guarantee the conduct of every participant.
Do not share sensitive personal, medical, financial, or identifying information in the community.
Telegram’s own privacy policy and terms also apply to your use of its platform.
8. Testimonials and Feedback
We may invite participants to provide feedback or testimonials.
We will not intentionally publish an identifiable testimonial, photograph, video, or personal story for promotional purposes without permission.
Where permission is provided, we may use the testimonial in accordance with the authorization given.
You may contact us to request that we discontinue future use of an identifiable testimonial. This will not necessarily require us to recall or destroy materials already lawfully printed, published, or distributed.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including:

Project Thrive is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18.
